New Constructions

We offer design services for new constructions in reinforced concrete (R.C.), steel, and wood. We design shallow and deep foundations, retaining structures, multi-story buildings, floors, walls, stairs, and railings. For each project, we provide the preparation of structural and geotechnical reports, calculation documents, submission to the relevant authorities, and project management.

Structural Rehabilitation

We offer design services for the structural rehabilitation and seismic improvement of reinforced concrete (R.C.) and masonry buildings. Our services include surveys and investigation campaigns, seismic vulnerability analysis, intervention design, structural modeling before and after interventions, preparation of calculation reports, submission to relevant authorities, and project management.

Renovations and Extensions

We offer design services for renovations and extensions, specializing in the restoration and adaptation of existing buildings. We work on reinforced concrete (R.C.), masonry, and steel structures, handling structural reinforcements, surface extensions (porches, pergolas, etc.), changes in use (garages, attics, etc.), and the reconstruction of floors, walls, stairs, and railings. For each project, we manage the entire building process, from municipal permits or notifications to project management, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
